Interactive Keynote for Enterprise Ireland

Its renowned Leadership 4 growth programme develops world-class business leaders, equipping them with the necessary visionary, strategic and innovative capabilities required to scale sustainable companies on the global stage.
It helps support CEOs to identify their own personal leadership potential and capability through the development of their leadership style, ambition and confidence. It also helps candidates to understand the behaviours required to operate a culture of coaching/learning for continuous transformation and employee engagement.
Mind Your Business Keynote
David has enjoyed a long and fruitful partnership with Enterprise Ireland over the years and has worked with them on this particular event since 2017, so he was thrilled to deliver this interactive keynote session. It is a landmark date in his annual calendar and he always looks forward to the opportunity to work with Ireland’s top 30 fastest growing businesses.
In this program each of the participating organisations and their CEOs and leadership team are taken on an incredibly challenging multi-year initiative where they are stretched to boost their growth potential. While it is an academic programme – participants have access to the world-renowned resources from the IESE Business School in Spain – it’s also rooted in the practical things that they need to become world class entrepreneurs.
Such is the success of the programme that many of the brands and businesses involved go on to become the highest performing innovators and producers, not only on the island of Ireland, but across the world.
At the event in Kildare, David presented his Mind For Business interactive keynote where he looked at the psychological capabilities of world-class leaders and entrepreneurs. He examined the persuasion and influence and also the tools and techniques that help grow businesses and revealed how to inspire and get the best from a workforce – even in challenging times.
He revealed how businesses can invest in their people so that they produce not only the best results but actually stay with the business for a long period of time. In the interactive keynote session David also showed how to create a culture of shared goals moving forward in the future and how to truly bring your people alongside you on a journey where they are meaningfully participating in something that really matters to them.
